Please have your student bring their Request for Placement (Waiver) Form to their individual meeting with their middle school counselor; all forms submitted after may be emailed to your student's counselor or submitted in the main office.

Late forms will be accepted and reviewed on a space availability basis. Forms do not guarantee placement nor allow skipping of courses to accelerate.
