Workout Suggestions.

Hello,
Please use this time to get 25 mins of workout in per day for 4 days per week and list it on your fitness log like we do in class.  Weekends are great as well to use as on or two of the 4 days.
Suggestions: 
Playing any sport outside
Skateboarding
Ride your bike
Hike or hike with family
Back yard games like frisbee, spikeball, kam jam, volleyball peppering with a family member, tossing a football etc.
Any practice time for a sport that might still be going on.
Go for a run.
Any at home created workout.
Look up workouts on line,
Any of the following workouts from the internet:
New workout videos,

Please record the time and strand of fitness for each workout.   Due date to be determined.
