Dear Students, Families, and Staff, 
 
It is with great pride and excitement that I welcome you to another fantastic year at Ridgecrest Intermediate School. As I reflect on the years I’ve spent here, I am filled with immense gratitude for the opportunity to work with such an exceptional group of middle school students, dedicated staff, and supportive families. 
 
Each day, I am inspired by our Raiders, and I am grateful that I can watch them grow into thoughtful, confident individuals. This is the highlight of my job, and I am continually amazed by their creativity and resilience. 
 
I am incredibly proud of the positive and inclusive environment we have built together. It’s a place where students feel encouraged to explore, ask questions, take risks, and discover their passions. I am deeply committed to supporting each and every one of them as they develop academically, socially, and emotionally. 
 
As we move forward this year, I look forward to continuing our work together creating a school culture where all students feel valued, challenged, and empowered. I encourage open communication between families and the school, and I am always here to listen, offer support, and work together to ensure a successful year for all.
