Oct. 10 Spanish I and IA

Periods 2, 4 had Red Ribbon assembly. Homework was stamped before we left to assembly.
 
Period 6: Review and correct homework instead of assembly.
 
This Thursday is 1:2 Scantron Exam! 

Oct.6 Sp. 1 and 1A

Video Viernes! We went to Cuba. Passports were stamped. Answer 10 questions to video as the last warm-up. This week's warm-ups were collected for credit.

Oct.5 Sp.1, 1A

We corrected homework in class. Do Cw. Pg 36 Acts 11, 12. Get stamped before you leave! 

Oct.4 Sp.I and 1A

We took test on vocabulary to include "People" and "Activites". Make ups tomorrow at lunch. See me to sign up for test make-up. We played "Regla" came to review for today's test.
Homework: Write 10 sentences using vocab on today's test.

Oct.3 Spanish 1 and 1A

Please see me for stamps on yesterday's homework. We reviewed for tomorrow's vocabulary test by playing loteria and repeating words from board. Text is on Action words like patinar, correr etc. and People like policia, senor, hombre etc. Test is fill-in and multiple choice.
Per.6 did dictation with vocab.
Homework: Create 10 sentences using vocab on above...people and activities.

Oct.2: Sp1 and 1A

Pick up handout on verb "ser". Read and review. Do Text pg. 36 Act.9 (1-10)
Vocab quiz on verbs and persons this Wednesday. 

Sept. 28 Spanish 1 and 1A

Using "Gustar". Pick up page of notes! Do pg 40 acts 17,18
 
Period 2 completed workbook pg 16 too.

Sept. 29 VIDEO VIERNES

Turn in this week's warm-ups! Make sure to get your homework stamped when you return on Monday if you were absent today!

Sept 27: Spanish I and IA

Today we turned in all Acts with Stamps for credit to include: Act 1,2,8,15,1,2,3,4,5,7,8 = 11 stamps for 55 pts.
Students also turned in Workbook pgs 1-8 for credit.
We took our first written exam. Please see teacher to make up tomorrow during lunch. Students are welcome to bring sack lunch while doing test. See teacher to sign up!! 
HW..Pick 16 new vocab words located on pg 47. Illustrate and label on a Loteria Chart/Grid for credit. Use color pencils to color.

Sept. 26: Spanish 1 and 1A

Please put together your Acts. together which have all the stamps on them beginning with the following: Pg 3 Act 1,2, pg.9 Act.8, pg 18 Acts 2,3,4,5, pg 13 Act. 15, pg 18 Act 1, pg 9 Act 8 = 10 Acts. which equals 50 pgs.
Staple pgs 1-8 from your workbook. All this is due tomorrow.
Exam tomorrow! Written format. Make sure you know how to use and spell your vocab. from your Ch1:1 list.

Sept. 22 Video Viernes

Submit all Warm-ups from Sept18-22 when you return.
Answer 10 questions for video "Puerto Rico: History, Culture and the Future". These questions are to be written on Warm-ups. If you are absent today please indicate on your paper the date in Spanish and write "ABSENT" for video. This will excuse you and you will NOT lose points!
Passports were stamped as well. 3 stamps to include 1. Northern Spain, Madrid, and Puerto Rico. See me for stamps!
