Raiders Meet And Greet Auditions 2024
Ridgecrest Auditions will be held on Saturday. March 9th, 2024 held online via Zoom, the Zoom link will be sent to you one day before your scheduled audition.
From 9:00am-10:50AM, and 1:30-3:30PM this time is for 5th graders, our Future 6th Ridgecrest Raider Musicians
Students will need to prepare a solo. This could be any piece he/she is playing that best represents his/her ability, or it could be a piece that they are playing in class like
Surprise Symphony Themes or Snake Charmer, or another piece chosen by the student, etc.

Auditions are for Band and Orchestra.
The Audition will consist of:
1.Chromatic Scale or Scale of your choice (let Mrs. Lewis-Wang know what you are playing during your audition.
2. Solo that best represents your level of playing.
3. Excerpts (These are Excerpts for all instruments, band (sax, clarinet, trumpet, percussion, etc) and orchestra violin, viola, and cello, so just print out your instrument part, see below on this website page.)
